Relying on IT Mill Toolkit
Logica Suomi relies on IT Mill Toolkit when bringing Rondo, their complete document management system product into the RIA (Rich Internet Application) era. The possibility to use Java programming language only as well as comprehensive browser support were the main factors convincing Logica to choose IT Mill Toolkit as the RIA development platform for Rondo.
"This makes our development projects much easier as we want to concentrate on Java. With other tools we would need for example XML in addition to Java" Harri Salmela, Product Manager from Logica describes. "Another important criterion was that IT Mill Toolkit is not browser dependent. All the applications created with this toolkit can be run in laptops as well as in mobile phones", he continues.
