"IT Mill is all about its low hierarchy. Everyone is listened to; everyone is able to have an effect on things and choose how they would like to work and with what tools. The skill level in this house is huge, too: I am sure, that if you chose any five people from our office, regardless of whom you chose, they would be able to carry out any project above expectations. Everybody is genuinely interested in technology, whether it's about our product or anything else which makes this possible.

I love the fact that I get to work with so many different people and companies. I have a double degree from university, but still you learn best by interacting with different people and different cultures. As long as I get to do new things with new people, I feel I'm getting educated. That's something you won't learn by reading books."
