The Department of  Software Systems at Tampere University of Technology is organizing a codecamp event this spring. The codecamp is an intensive learn-by-doing course, which focuses on the development of small-scale Open Source web applications.

IT Mill Toolkit for Web services is the chosen development platform this year. The codecamp will take place week 21 starting on May 18th and ending on May 22nd.

• The event starts with a one day tutorial to the technology and will be held in English. The tutorial will also include general information on developing rich Web applications and user interface components using server-side technology and is open for everybody.
• The next three days are for implementing own applications
• Finally, the last day is for presentations and evaluation - with a great prize for the winner!
