IT Mill CEO Joonas Lehtinen was interviewed in Turun Sanomat's Talous or Economy attachment today.

The subject of the article was creative leadership. In the article Mr Lehtinen describes how IT Mill has has taken advantage of new and creative ways of doing things. One of the latest ideas at IT Mill is Community Friday or CF. CF means that all the employees have the right to use some of their work time to their own software projects. The employees may choose whatever project interests them, with no demands for profit.

"CF has brought several new innovations into light already" Mr Lehtinen says. "It is quite certain that creative leaderhip is here to stay".
