"IT Mill is a flexible workplace. You can plan your schedules pretty much the way you yourself want to. I'm currently working on my doctoral thesis, which means that I am at the office for four days a week, and one workday is dedicated to research at the university.

In my case, a typical workday ends usually around six o'clock P.M. This doesn't mean that I would be drowning under my workload, or anything like that, but the tasks I'm working on are usually that captivating, that I simply don't want to go home just yet.

I think the best thing about my job is the fact that I have the privilege to work with true professionals – my colleagues. Everyone is highly skilled, there are a lot of demanding tasks to work with, and you can utilize all your collective creativity while solving the cases.

Apart from work, I like to play badminton and floor hockey with my colleagues. I even re-started playing golf last summer after a 10-year pause, thanks to them."
