A tight unit with a wonderful team spirit

"My title is somewhat misleading: I do both graphic design and programming. Being stuck between two worlds – Photoshop and Eclipse – is not a drag, though. I feel that I get to utilize both of my brain halves, and that's one of the absolute upsides of my work. The fact that I get to express my "professional schizophrenia" in a creative way is something I'm very thankful for. I don't know if there are many – or let again – any other companies than IT Mill that could offer me such a great balanced position between these two tasks.

Another great thing here are the people I work with. The people and the spirit here, both are just awesome. We are a tight unit with a wonderful team spirit. You can easily say, that the human resources management in our company is a success story.

Sometimes I just can't believe how lucky I was, when I first applied for a summer job in IT Mill 2006. The versatility of the tasks, being able to fulfill yourself and great colleagues are an unbeatable combination!"
